Migrating a Dashboard with Reports

Hello Team, I need to migrate the dashboards with its reports from once instance to the other. The usual way is through Unload Dashboard but in that case we have to add the reports of the Dashboard manually to the update set. Is there any other way to do it faster?

There is no other way apart from what u have mentioned. Thats the only way.
