Dear All,
I would like to ask for help guidance. It was requested to add an outside vendor's phone number (not part of the assignment group of the on-call schedule) to be added on the selection so this number can be assigned on the weekends. Hopefully I can get some guidance in weather this is doable and what it will take to make this happen. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I think the OOB solution would be to add a sys_user record and assignment group, so that you can assign to the group A/H, then set the user as the assignee and I suspect anything else would take a considerable amount of customization.
Depending on your operational requirements and how you have your telephony integrated, another option might be a before BR on your task table that checks a schedule and then triggers vendor engagement when\if required.

Tony - Thank you so much for your reply and for your direction! I will be contacting our AD team to check on the steps to set up the vendor's account/user ID. Also checking with our internal SN developers to see our system capabilities to fulfill this request.
