I've been asked to add an alert on knowledge articles that are not in the published state. From what I can tell, I might need to add the alert or notification on the kb_view UI Page but not sure how to do so. Could someone help direct me in tackling this request?
For example, this knowledge article is in the draft state so they want a warning message so users are aware there is a published version they can view instead. Hope that helps.
