Adding Approval Names to PDF Generated by Business Rule from a requested item

Hi, 

I require assistance with a business rule that currently generates a PDF document containing equipment details from a requested item and line manager information after approval. Now, the user wishes to include three additional approval names on the PDF generated through Flow Designer. How can I achieve this? My current business rule:

you can use flow designer and custom action and write similar script inside it

trigger that flow based on when BR is triggering.
