Adding Attachments through ATF in portal for catalog item or record producer

Hi,

For my current catalog item adding attachments is mandatory.
I am not able to upload attachment using 'Add Attachments to Form (SP)' for catalog item in service portal. and there are not any steps available for upload attachment under "Service Catalog in Service Portal" and "Service Catalog " sections. 
Can someone please help.

Hi @Chirag7 

 

When using the test step "Add Attachments to Form (SP)" - there is a chance of a successfully completed test step to attach to the catalog item on the service portal page. Whether this is successful or not depends on the customizations on the page.

 

According to ServiceNow this is a known issue.
