Adding Confirmation box when adding Child Incidents

Hi

I would like to ask for your help regarding the task I have.

The task is to add confirmation box with 3 buttons when I click the save button

That looks like you're trying to amend the OOB slushbucket page which shows when using the "...Edit" UI Action? If so, that would be a global modification.

Instead you should override the UI action with a new UI action that calls a custom page. For example, on change you have the 'Add' UI action that replaces the slushbucket experience with a modal list view
