Adding drop downs fields on interaction form

Hi team,

 

My company is moving from agent calls to interactions in SOW and we have configured 3 fields on the Calls record that have a field with a choice list on each. Is this something I can easily replicate in the interaction record when we change over?  We had placed the fields one after the other below the Call type field.
