Adding field to multiple catalog items

I have a requirement to add one field to 400 catalog items. what Is the best approach to add same field to multiple catalog item.

please suggest us.

Create the variable as needed and add it to a variable set. Then, on the variable set, add the 'included in' related list. From there, click the edit button on the included in related list and use the list collector to select the catalog items you wish to add it to. That's it.



While this will work, it may not work as expected, depending on where this field/variable needs to be placed on each form. You may need to manually adjust/override it's placement depending on your needs.

Variable set is the best approach for this.Create a variable set and add this in all items.

you can   create   variable set add that variable to set to every catalog item
