Adding Fields in the User Profile Widget in Service Portal.

Hi All,

I have a requirement, whenever the user clicks on the profile (In header of Service Portal) it redirects to the User Profile Widget. How can I configure the widget in order to add Language, Time Zone, and Time format fields to be visible in the Page. I want the fields to be visible below the Phone Field. Please refer the below screenshot.

Go to user table, try changing view to Service Portal, add fields that you need. Check the user profile now on Service Portal. Let me know   if this works, I have another way too.


Just curious to know, what would have been the other way?


can u please tell me the steps to change the view of service portal briefly
