Hi All,
I have a requirement, whenever the user clicks on the profile (In header of Service Portal) it redirects to the User Profile Widget. How can I configure the widget in order to add Language, Time Zone, and Time format fields to be visible in the Page. I want the fields to be visible below the Phone Field. Please refer the below screenshot.

I have a made a redirection to the default view by creating a Widget and then defined an iframe, which is linked to User table directly.

Hi,
I have similar requirement.
But in my case, the end user and ITIL user is unable to see the attributes that I have added in service portal view. Where as an admin can see those attributes.
Please suggest.

Hi Sourabh,
I had a similar requirement where end user was unable to see the fields that I have added in service portal view. I was able to resolve it.
This happens to any user who do not have 'write' ACL for that particular field you are trying to show in user profile widget on portal and the field is empty i.e it does not have any value.
Thanks,
Aishwarya Thakur
