Hi Team,

I have a record producer, and in that I have a reference variables with application, I need to show KB article link on the form (in the backedn only, not service portal), when person choose particular application form this reference variable.

Do you know how to add it? is it an update in Table configuratio Incident in Contextual search? If yes, how i add condition on variable choice and not short description? I need it appear as a link, so person can open and read more.

Thank you.

@FotinaG

You have a reference variable on your record producer.

It points to which table?

So when person selects any record from that reference variable what you require?

Your above screenshot doesn't relate to the question you asked.

Hello @Ankur Bawiskar,

This screenhsot is from Contextual Search table cxs_table_config, but probably it is not the right place.

So i have a reference variable to [cmdb_ci_service_auto] table.

So when incident is created by user with itil in backedn of servicenow, afte user choose Application 1234, the link with KBA should appear on the form, so user can follow it and read more about Application 1234. I thought maybe it can appears above description?
