Adding knowledge base category to a button as pop-up in service portal widget

Hi,
I have added KB articles manually as grid container in my widget in service portal and also created a button to add more articles as different tiles in the container. I have asked to show a pop-up when "add more" button is clicked. That pop-up should contain data of knowledge base category, by selection of that category and click submit it has to redirect to kb article form page to create new article. after creating an kb article it should add a tile on my portal page and also log article in kb article table.
Can anyone help me on this.
