Adding signing date for Document Template

Hi,

How can I add the signing date automatically to a PDF document after a user provides their signature and submits?

I'm trying to achieve this in the Document Template. When I worked on the HR document template, there was a checkbox to add a dynamic signing date, but in the Document Template, I don't see this option.
