Additional collaborators in Service Operating Workspace

I found this link to additional collaborators in the Service Operations Workspace. How is the content of this list created and is this information available in a table?

I have the exact question and I couldn't find the table yet.

This is what I know so far.

The content is created when:

- a user becomes an assigned_to

- a user types a work_note, additional_comment or actions_taken (journal entries)

- a user becomes part of a SIDEBAR conversation

I couldn't find the table where this information resides yet.
