Additional comment HTML Field comments is not showing properly under acivity tab.

We do have Additional comment HTML Field for external Communicaiton.

if we put table and graphical text, it not in readable format in Activity tab. do we have any solution to show in readable format.

It would be better to create a field of type Journal Input (Same as Work Notes, Comments) rather than using HTML.

Journal Input i believe will not support rich text and images, right?
