Additional comments are updated when status changes

Hello everyone,

 

Within the Case form, anyone knows what is causing Additional comments to be added when status changes? I tried to find under Business Rules, but have yet to find it.

Hi @keithtan ,

 

May I know which table you are referencing. If possible send some screenshots.

 

Please don't use Current.Update() in BR for that table. The before-business rule will do that automatically for you.

any flow configured to run?

there are some comments which system adds on it's own when state field changes etc.

if you are referring to the same then it's OOB and you won't find code for that
