Admin User

I am developing a proof of concept with a ServiceNow instance as the data source. However whenever I try to sync the data source and the application it says:
'Identity crawler is not supported for non-admin users'

Can anyone assist with my role? Under my profile it says I have an admin user.

Hi, based on your post details it sounds like you are querying the SNC instance using some sort of external API?

If yes what are the roles of the user account being used for authentication?

Otherwise, with no clear details of what, where or how you are encountering this error
it's difficult for the community to evaluate your issue.
