I'm writing to you today because I'm having some trouble with setting three advanced reference qualifiers. I am working with the Business Service, Service Offering and Configuration Item fields. My goal is to make it so that the available records to select are those that are in relationship with each other (parent - child / child - parent).
This should work in any direction: from C.I. to B.S., B.S. to C.I. or S.O. to any of the two.
My current idea is to do this through a script include and have functions for each case scenario, but I find this quite exhaustive and most probably cause significant latency when selecting the records (depending on how many records there are in the instance). Is there any other way to achieve this without overcomplicating it?
