Hi Experts,
I've been trying to configure AWA for catalog tasks and incidents. I've followed the same set up for the both service channels. Incidents are added as a work item to the AWA work items and can be assigned to agents as expected but the catalog tasks don't show up in the work item list and the agent inbox when they are created. All the configurations for the service channel, queue, assignment eligibility, assignment rule and the other things are same for Incidents and Catalog Task.
