In the AWA configuration settings for a queue there is a field "Default Work Item Size". Work Item Size is defined as "Amount of an agent's capacity used when this task is assigned to the agent"
Question - does ServiceNow calculate the work item size? Or is it set by the agent after receiving it? What does the number represent? hours to work? relative scale?
