I have a requirement to have in CSM workspace -> change request -> affected ci related list to include an "ADD" UI action similar to the one from SOW workspace.

I saw that to create a list UI Action in workspaces, you need to do it in Action Assignments(sys_declarative_action_assignment) table.
I found the OOTB one from ServiceNow and tried to copy it to CSM but the button doesn't do anything it doesn't opened the modal.
What would be the best approach to have the desired result?
