Hi,

My PDI (https://dev210277.service-now.com) is still offline, can someone help to bring it online? thx

Hi @avig

There is no support available for PDI, so no one can fix it, Either wait or take a new PDI.

Hello @avig

Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) can occasionally go into maintenance or become unresponsive without any prior notice. Unfortunately, there’s no official support available for PDIs.

You can wait 2–3 days, as the instance may come back online automatically. However, if it remains offline after that period, the best option is to release the current instance and request a new one through the ServiceNow developer portal.

Hope this helps!
