After clicking on Accept risk button problem not to close move to new state

Hi team,

Can some one help me i have a requirement where after clicking on accept risk button problem should not move to close state should move to another state and also wants to remove risk_accepted from resolution code though i have marked it inactive from choice still it is visible.
