After Cloning Servicenow instance facing Flow designer issue.

Hello everyone, We have cloned our ServiceNow instance with Production. After cloning I'm facing below issue for all the flows & subflows. Error :- "Your flow cannot be found. Flow sys_id:nnot invoke "com.glide.flow_design.action.model.Flow".

Also, after creating a new flow & selecting a trigger getting "Internal Server Error".

Thanks for the update. Please log a support case now, as the plugin update didn’t work. There might be some missing code from the upgrade, and the support team can assist with this.

Hi @Rahul63 
Are you facing this issue on all the flows or just with the specific flow?
If it's on the specific flow, then it could be because of invalid data pill reference in any one of the flow actions. i.e one or more inactive fields might be referred in any of the flow actions can caise this issue.

Hello @J Siva, I'm facing this issue for all the flows & sub flows.

Better you can raise a support case with vendor and see what they suggest.
