After Creating Request in Portal in servicenow, Sys id is coming instead of Request number

I created a record producer for incident table and in one field of the record producer all the incident records will be visible, so that we can duplicate it.
In this case, after submit the requesting by duplication, it is showing sys_id instead of request number. How to solve this problem.

This is a comment on the portal, so you need to check on what is setting that comment. Probably there is a BR setting the comment that is now setting the value or uniquevalue instead of displayvalue.
