Hello,
I created a flow for a catalog item and the second line is "Ask for Approval on RITM", I submitted the catalog item and "rejected" the manager approval, but a SCTask was still created and I do not understand why. A screen shot of my flow is below:

After the Approval you need an If statement to process the rejection and an end flow to preventing from continue to process other tasks: Example:
