After submit the catalogue item in service portal & Close the SC_Task

Hi Community,

 

After submit the catalogue item in service portal, it will show a 1 ticket in My tickets tab, but Once close the catalogue task it will disappear,  It will show 0 in my tickets tab, Is this default functionally?

 

It won't show tickets after close catalogue task right, Please confirm?

if i go to my requests it is showing No found Records

@Srinivasu2  You need to create a new widget, similar to the OOTB one and edit the filters accordingly.

Hi @Srinivasu2 

 

Click on My Requests in service portal and select your view as Opened Requests/Closed Requests based on your need.

I have clicked My Requests but tickets are not showing, I am using local test instance.

Hi @Srinivasu2 

Once you close the ticket it will no longer be available in the queue, however you can go to 'Closed Request' and search for that particular ticket.
