After submit the catalogue item in service portal & Close the SC_Task

Hi Community,

 

After submit the catalogue item in service portal, it will show a 1 ticket in My tickets tab, but Once close the catalogue task it will disappear,  It will show 0 in my tickets tab, Is this default functionally?

 

It won't show tickets after close catalogue task right, Please confirm?

if i go to my requests it is showing No found Records

@Srinivasu2  You need to create a new widget, similar to the OOTB one and edit the filters accordingly.

Hi @msd93 ,

There are 2 My Requests widgets in ServiceNow,

  1. My Requests widgets: It will not show closed tickets, this is OOTB feature. From the screen shots you shared you are using this widget only so you are not able to view the closed tickets.
  2. My Requests (Service Catalog V2): this widget will display filter to view the closed tickets.

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

Follow the steps below,

  1. Open Service Portal configuration
  2. Click on Designer in the page opened.
  3. Select the page you want to modify (OOTB this would be Requests [my_requests] page)
  4. Drag an drop the My Requests (service catalog v2) widget to the page and remove the existing one.
