After submit the catalogue item in service portal & Close the SC_Task

Hi Community,

 

After submit the catalogue item in service portal, it will show a 1 ticket in My tickets tab, but Once close the catalogue task it will disappear,  It will show 0 in my tickets tab, Is this default functionally?

 

It won't show tickets after close catalogue task right, Please confirm?

if i go to my requests it is showing No found Records

@Srinivasu2  You need to create a new widget, similar to the OOTB one and edit the filters accordingly.

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

Try dragging them to the page one by one and decide based on preview and remove the remaining.

this is the correct widget as you are able to see the option of view. Please check if you are able to see closed requests as well other than "open requests" as seen in the image you shared.

Hi @AnveshKumar M ,

 

Is there any option available to show both opened tickets and closed tickets without switching from open tickets to closed tickets.

 

Could you please suggest?
