After the Xanadu upgrade the ${URI_REF} variable in email templates is not populating the url correctly.

 

The link seems to be broken and takes me to the base url of instance with an error.

 

Has anyone faced this issue?

Are you sure it broke after the upgrade and was working fine earlier?

If yes then raise a Case with ServiceNow.

Did you switch from UI16 to Next Experience/Polaris as part of the Xanadu upgrade?

 

Can you please paste one of the broken links so I can see where it's pointing to? Please also provide a screen shot of the error.

This is how it looks now. I have opened  hi case as well.
