Thanks for reply, before upgrade, i was able to access it. but after upgrade only it happened. where to find what kind of changes happened recently.

Changes to the system should be stored under:
System Diagnostics -> Upgrade History
There should be a record containing 'yokohama' giving all changes implemented in your instance

Try repairing the Knowledge plugin once and then retry the action.
