Hey all,
I have multiple reports for aged cases and incidents, these are based off last "update" and based off create date both are for greater than three days. I've now been tasked to track aging cases and incidents off the time worked entry, IE: Cases that have not had any time recorded to them in three days.
I've been stuck now and am hoping someone else has created reports like this for both incidents and cases.
