Agenda for Architecture design authority (similar to CAB workbench)

Hi There,

We are looking for functionality in Service Now to assist us in managing and streamlining a governance forum.

The functionality in CAB workbench would be perfect, providing functionality such as:

  • Submission of agenda items
  • Designated time slots per agenda item, with timer countdown
  • Shared dashboard for all attendees to peruse details of each agenda item during the meeting
  • Approval
  • Actions

Has anyone customised CAB workbench to use it with anything other than change records? Any suggestions on anything else that might be suitable.

I once did recreated a similar application without the time slots per agenda thing.

 

There are around 5- 6 script includes supporting the whole applications plus a portal ,portal pages and widgets to show the event calendar and the workbench.

 

There are lot of things involved to make sure the customization works fine. 

I would advise you to mimic the application and build it from scratch. That would save a lot of time. You may have to do away with few things. But building an application from scratch would be much better.
