Agent chat popup

Currently, all the agent chat requests are coming up in Inbox module under Agent workspace. Is there a way for agent chats to popup as desktop notifications as well for service desk agents?

Hi, I see that you have selected New York release. I'm afraid this feature is present Orlando onwards only. Refer to this video.
