Agent chat stopped working after upgrade to Washington

We use agent chat in our portal. All was working fine last week but we upgraded our instance to Washington over the weekend.

 

Testing the upgrade in our test instance, all worked fine and no issues with Agent chat.

 

Since the upgrade, it seems the interaction is hanging when being handed off from the virtual agent and its not showing as a work item.

 

Any ideas on this one?!

Hi @M_iA ,

 

Have you checked the Upgrade monitor to see if any skipped entries for this?? (did you do any coustmization this logic)?? if not i would open a ticket with ServiceNow,

Hi Did you find the solution to this ? Even we just upgraded to Washington and for us, the chat is working but agent side messages are not being delivered to the end user.
