Agent Mobile- Fields are not populating from creating incident to details screen

Hello everyone,

 

Does anyone know why custom fields added to the 'Create Incident' input form screen are not populating in the 'Details' screen?

u_vendor_handling, u_business_process, u_version, 
u_vendor_request_number, 
u_report_by
