Agent not able see or access the conversational chat window in HR agent workspace

Agent can able to accept the request after accepting the request the agent is not able to see the conversational chat window box in the HR agent workspace

even after the plugin repair getting the same issue chat window is not visible in the inbox section

I had the same issue with Chat in HR Agent Workspace.
What I have done as a temporary workaround it was to create a copy of "Case ( Deprecated )" Page Variant on the Record Page in UI builder and change it order to be visible before "Case SRP" Page Variant. It seems like latest update to HR Agent Workspace cause this issue.
Chat became visible after this workaround, however we're using deprecated page variant and not sure if this is correct approach, at least chats are visible.

NOW Support case has been created for it as well.
