Agent's Last Name

How can I remove the Agent's Last Name from Inquiry responses that are sent to clients in a particular assignment group? I would like just the Agents First Name displayed to Clients

If I understand the requirements right, you just want to have the First name of the user visible on the email notifications, if that is correct please follow the below steps:

1. If you want the first name of the Assigned to user field, you can use 
2. ${assigned_to.first_name}
