Agent workspace after Xanadu upgrade. agent are getting pop message (internal server error)

we upgrade our system from washington to Xanadu. we are working on moving out of agent workspace but we havent yet. since the upgrate when agent accept an automatically routed chat via the inbox or respond to the chat they get a pop message and now we are getting agent workspace Chat error internal server error. I am not sure what is cousing this issue or what change with the upgrade.

I would check the system log and see whats there. If that does not lead you somewhere I would just log a case with support. We had some functionality issues on a legacy workspace when we upgraded.

this is a known error. Now Support provided a fix for us. See https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1710276
