Agent workspace - Edit button missing in Related Lists

I am configuring agent workspace and when I checked few related lists in Incidents, Configuration Items etc in agent workspace,  there is no Edit option in them (like Child Incidents etc) though they are already enabled and available in Default view on Incident form. Please let me know how to get this edit button in related lists in Agent Workspace.

The UI Action has option to configure the button at workspace level but it looks not working for "one-to-many related list" as given in above KB Article. I tried to update the same on my PDI but it didn't worked.

Please follow below steps.

1- You need to go to an incident form in native UI.

2- Change form view to Workspace

3- Go to related list, right click -> list control 

4- Make sure Omit new and Omit Edit (As per your requirement is checked off)

Please follow steps provided by me. This will enable new/edit button in related lists of Agent Workspace form.
