Hi everyone,
I'm setting up agent workspace in my pdi. I thought I got everything configured but when I select agent workspace home the page is not loading. Any ideas.

Hi @Gemma4,
When you refere to 'Agent Workspace'... is this something you already have confirgured on your customer/org instance?
The reason I say this is becuase Agent Workspace is now depricated. Only older instances that had this pre-configured would/should be able to leverage this.
What User Experience are you using? Are you using the 'Next Experience'? If so, you should be naviagting to the SOW 'Service Operations Workspace' for Incident and ITIL processes.
Either use the url: [your.service-now.com instance]/now/sow/home
Or click on the 'Workspace' menu item near the header as shown below:
To check you have 'Agent Workspace' configured or not, got the the 'Plugins' and type 'Agent Workspace' to see if it's installed or not.
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie

Thank you so much @Robbie. I haven't used agent workspace in awhile and remember seeing that it was depreciated. Have a great day!

Hi @Gemma4 - No worries. As you mentioned you were configuring this on a PDI, you can check to see if you have 'Agent Workspace' configured or not. Simply go to the 'Plugins' and type 'Agent Workspace' to see if it's installed or not.
However, it is best to know that moving forwards, the SOW, or appropriate module such as CSM or HR workspaces are now the default and mainstream going forward.
Happy Monday ; )
