Agent workspace Inbox option is not available for ITIL users

Hi ,

I have installed Agent workspace in my personal instance.

I am not able to see INBOX option for ITIL users , what roles are needed so that INBOX option is available to agents.

I got it, i think awa_agent role is the one which i am looking form, previously i gave only awa_user role.

Make sure whether the plugin "Advanced Work Assignment" is activated.

yes it's active.

I am able to see it with Admin role but not with non admin role.

I believe this option should be available to all AWA users. Correct me if i am wrong
