Agile 2.0 - Story/task status

Hi.   I want for specific backlog use specific story status, is it possible to show/hide story status from dashbord by catalogue in agile 2.0

It is possible to configure specific story statuses for a particular backlog or catalog in Agile 2.0. This can be achieved by customizing State values (Story Status) at the backlog or catalog level using Personalized Dropdowns and UI Policies.

I don't follow your suggestion, where in the catalog or epic  defibition we can control the the story status we want to make availaible and bloque the others
