First upgrade your instance to latest version

2nd upgrade the agile plugin to agile 2.0as it is latest plugin.

Also try to give scrum master role to your admin user

Hi @vedhav

Use some latest Servicenow version . If not recent ( Australia) then use Zurich atleast.

rm_story  plugins comes with PPM plugin :PPM(com.snc.financial_planning_pmo)

  • Log in to your PDI as an admin.
  • In the Application Navigator, go to All > System Plugins.
  • Search for Agile Development 2.0 (Plugin ID: com.snc.sdlc.agile.2.0)  AND  Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Standard (Plugin ID: com.snc.financial_planning_pmo).
  • Install /Activate it

Hello @vedhav ,

The rm_story table belongs to the Agile Development 2.0 plugin, not the older Agile Development application. In the Tokyo release, ServiceNow has deprecated the original Agile Development plugin, and the newer Agile 2.0 features are only available if you explicitly activate the Agile Development 2.0 plugin (com.snc.agile_dev).

>Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.

>Search for Agile Development 2.0.

>Install/activate it.

If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.
