What I've noticed is that many dump questions have incorrect answers.

Instead of relying on dumps, read the OnDemand Fundamentals course thoroughly. The recent courses no longer include the eBook concept.

Go through each module multiple times, answer the questions based on the course content, and validate the answers before relying on them.

Hi @SHANAF ,

CSA questions are not Outdated, ServiceNow makes sure that it stays relevant, But mostly in dumps you will find out outdated questions, so if you are preparing don't just rely on dumps , read the official E-book,You shall must go through each and every single line , and then magic :- You'll pass with flying colors
