AI Agent for PDI

Hey All,

I was trying to install AI Agent studio in my PDI but was unable to do that. Does anyone has any idea on this?

I was trying to find the plugin 'Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)' but it seems it can be only installed through studio.

AI features can't be used on PDI.

If you want to use Now assist for ITSM, you can try it at Now Learning training.

The AI Agent is not on PDI yet. As suggested by @Dr Atul G- LNG  You can however use Now Learning Lab Instances.

Hello @anirban300,

To find the plugin 'Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)', please navigate to All > Now Assist Admin Console. (This option is available from the Vancouver version onward.)

In the Admin Console, click on Now Assist Features and then select Get Plugins Here, you will see all available plugins. However, please note that 'Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)' is a paid plugin and cannot be used on a PDI.

Hi Bindu,

I am able to install the Now Assist Admin. But the product specific plugin renders to store and it ask for the buy the plugin. 

Is there any way to install the plugin for PDI?

Hi @Nitesh10, 

AI Agents, GenAI, and AI Search are not available on PDIs as they are paid plugins. Currently, you can practice only on Learning Lab instances.
