AI Experience Builder error: “Latest AIUX skill Kit is not installed” (but all AIUX apps are up to d

Hi all,

When I open the AI Experience widget builder (/aiux/builder/edit/widget/-1), I get this error: “Latest AIUX skill Kit is not installed. Please install.”

 

All AIUX apps already show “Up to date” under Store applications:

  • AI Experience Framework Skills (sn_aiux_skillkit) 1.4.4
  • AI Experience Framework Builder (sn_aiux_builder) 1.4.2
  • AI Experience Framework Components (sn_aiux_components) 1.5.3
  • AI Experience Framework Components for Setup Hub (sn_aiux_ia_config) 1.5.0

Instance release/patch: Brazil

Has anyone seen this, or does anyone know what this check validates and how to fix it? Screenshots attached.

Do you have the correct access, or could you try repair the plugin once? That would be helpful. Also, are you testing this in your PDI or a client instance?
