This is regarding configuring AI Search Assist with record producer e.g Create Incident.
We have implemented AI External search wherein we have created custom Search Source and is mapped with OOTB Service Portal Search Profile. We are able to search the data(videos) from the external source on the Service portal.
Now the next step we want to configure this AI External search in the record producer. In order to achieve that followed the below steps:
1. Under AI Search -> AI Search Assist -> Record producer configuration, created a new record with Search application as "Service Portal Default Search Application" and record producer as "Create Incident"
2. Opened the record producer "Create Incident" and on typing keywords in the field the search result is not showing the result from the External search, only it shows Knowledgebase articles
Expectation is that it should show us the search results from the external source
