Hi All,
Has anyone successfully configured AI External Search Source SharePoint Integration ?
I have activated the plugin "Microsoft SharePoint Online Connector" and able to configure all the steps as mentioned in ServiceNow docs and related PDFs.
Whenever I am trying to do the indexing of the SharePoint sites, I am getting error 401 in HTTP Outbound logs. (error-**Payload logging not supported for unknown content-type.**). Moreover, I tried to search in "subflow - index sites", it is throwing an error of "invalid or empty access token" for REST Tenant.
Can someone please suggest how to resolve this issue ?

was this resolved? i am getting a java.net.UnknownHostException: graph.microsoft.come, errorCode:1.
