Hi, I would like to configure the AI search on our portal to enable users to search for their tickets.
However, when going to create the indexed source, task or any child table are not available in the source choice list.
Has anyone managed to configure this? And if so, what am i missing?

I believe this wasn't always possible but is possible now (as of San Diego or Tokyo). This video is pretty helpful.

Hi Mary,
Do partial number searches work for you? For example, if you have an incident with a number of INC0071053, would searching for "1053" or "71053" bring up this incident?
That's what I'm still struggling with. I also have those number errors in the AIS logs by the way.

Hey Max - I wrote about this in another thread; it cannot be done as of yet. The way indexing works, the "number" is indexed as a string.

Hi Mike,
Is it possible to also display HR cases in the same "Task" search source. I was unable to select the HR related tables in my child table.

Task table records are not searchable by every user through AI search in portal. Please help me in this.
